At Birch Way, the existing concrete tile roof had deteriorated and was no longer compliant with Australian Standards for low-pitch roofing, leading to persistent leaks.

Our solution was a full re-roof using premium terracotta tiles, carefully selected for their durability, aesthetic appeal, and compliance with the current 12-degree roof pitch standard. The project also involved installing new battens and sarking to ensure the home met all modern roofing requirements.

This re-roof not only resolved the structural issues but also delivered a high-quality, long-lasting finish that enhances both the performance and street appeal of the property.
